Harmonization of Enforcement – Ensures uniform enforcement of ASU drug regulations across different Indian states.
Coordination and Collaboration – Facilitates discussions among states to address challenges related to licensing, inspection, and compliance.
Problem-Solving – Examines issues concerning quality control, spurious drugs, and interstate disputes in ASU drug manufacturing and sale.
Regulatory Recommendations – Provides suggestions for improving licensing procedures and addressing compliance-related challenges.
