Subscription and Services
Our subscriptions and services provide educational content, including notes, quizzes, and other learning materials. We strive for your satisfaction, but we understand there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund.
Cancellations
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
One-Time Purchases (If Applicable): For one-time purchases, cancellations must be requested before the content is accessed or downloaded.
Refunds
Subscription Refunds: We do not generally offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, if you experience technical issues or believe you are entitled to a refund for another reason, please contact us at connect@firsthope.net.
One-Time Purchase Refunds: Refund requests for one-time purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount to your account.
