Formula: C7H7NO3
Structure: A p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) analog.

Mechanism of Action
Inhibits dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR), disrupting folic acid metabolism.
Uses
Second-line treatment for MDR-TB.
Side Effects
GI disturbances, hepatotoxicity, hypersensitivity reactions.
