CBSE's 2 November 2026 circular opens a List of Candidates (LOC) data-correction opportunity for Classes 10 and 12, session 2026–27. Corrections are handled through the school.
What students and parents should check
- Student's full name and spelling.
- Mother's, father's or guardian's name.
- Date of birth against the relevant records.
- Subjects entered in the LOC.
- Passport details, where applicable, and the required expanded names/surname.
Ask your school for the verification slip and report any discrepancy promptly so that the school can submit the correction.
Important date clarification
The official circular shows the opening date as 2 November 2026, but prints the closing date as 7 November 2025. These years are inconsistent. Ask your school to confirm the correct closing date against the CBSE portal or subsequent clarification; do not delay checking your details.
CBSE states that another correction opportunity will not be provided after the applicable schedule.
