Human Anatomy and Physiology Pharm D notes are easier to revise when you connect a structure with its function. Begin with the Human Anatomy and Physiology notes page and the Scope of Anatomy and Physiology PDF.

Build a clear foundation

  • Anatomy: identify the structure, its position and the terms used to describe it.
  • Physiology: explain what the structure does and how the process works.
  • Organisation: connect cells, tissues, organs and systems in a simple outline.
  • Terminology: keep unfamiliar directional and descriptive terms in a small glossary.

For each body system, make one labelled diagram and one short function summary. Use the topic order shown on the subject page to keep your files organised.

Practise with diagrams

  • Study a diagram and identify its main parts.
  • Close the notes and draw a simplified version yourself.
  • Add the labels from memory, then check them.
  • Explain one function using your diagram rather than reading a paragraph.

Use a comparison list when two structures or processes are easy to confuse. Revisit incorrect labels at the start of the next session, and relate the topic to the relevant practical record where available.

The subject page lists other available PDFs, so you can move from foundation terms to the system you need to revise.
