- Qualification: Basic B.Sc Nursing from an INC-recognised institution, or the recognised General Nursing and Midwifery diploma specified in the notice.
- Age: 18–40 on 17 November; the notification lists category-specific relaxations.
- Pay: ₹40,800 fixed monthly pay for the initial five-year period.
- Fee: ₹1,000, reduced to ₹500 for the eligible categories specified in the notice.
