NANN–Synova Nursing Fellowship 2027: Apply by 23 November

The NANN–Synova Emerging Leader Fellowship offers neonatal nurses a five-month virtual leadership programme, including a quality-improvement project in their own healthcare setting.

Eligibility, dates and cost

• Applicants must be full individual or international NANN members. Membership must remain in good standing throughout the programme.
• Application deadline: 23 November 2026.
• Programme begins: 24 February 2027.
• Tuition: US$1,500, payable before the programme starts. Needs-based partial tuition awards may be available; this is not an automatic fully funded award.
• Fellows provide their own computer and internet, take part in scheduled sessions and complete project work.

Application checklist

• Answer the application questions and prepare the required short video response.
• Obtain a recommendation letter of fewer than 400 words, including the referee's name, role, organisation and contact details.
• Apply through Synova's fellowship form.
