Pharmacotherapeutics 1 Pharm D notes are most useful when you study a condition in a consistent order. Start with the Pharmacotherapeutics I notes page and choose the topic that matches your lecture.

Open the matching PDFs

Read a manageable section before building a revision sheet. Keeping the same layout across topics makes later comparisons easier.

Use four headings for each topic

  • Overview: define the condition and the main terms used in the notes.
  • Disease process: summarise the changes that explain the topic.
  • Treatment principles: organise the approaches discussed in your teaching material.
  • Monitoring concepts: record the factors your class material uses to assess progress or problems.

Where several drug classes are discussed, use a comparison table instead of combining them into one long paragraph. Include the reasoning that connects the class with the topic being studied.

Check your understanding

Close the PDF and write a short, structured answer under the four headings. Compare your explanation with the notes and mark gaps in your reasoning or terminology.

Return to the subject page for the next topic file. Revisit your correction list before adding another condition to your study plan.
