- Eligibility: B.Sc Nursing OR GNM with two years’ experience; valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council registration is mandatory for every applicant.

- Tenure: Initially one year, potentially extended up to three years in 179-day cycles. This does not confer regular Staff Nurse appointment.
